SPARTA Launches New Website

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new website at www.spartainsurance.com. We think the website is an excellent reflection of our value proposition and evident progress to date. The site contains new features

such as an embedded client portal where our program administrators can log in to see their individual program premium and loss dashboards. It also has our advertising campaign imagery for the upcoming year. Look for it in industry print and electronic media. As we put the final touches on year end 2009, we can report that we finished in a strong position with 27 active programs and good prospects for first quarter 2010. No one is predicting a "turn" in the market any time soon. Our focus remains adding quality business to our portfolio and delivering value for our customers through innovative structures and products, operational efficiency and information exchange. We look forward to a productive 2010 and thank you for your support.
