Mr. Brooker is a Senior Vice President of Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Advisers, LLC, an investment management firm headquartered in New York. Prior to joining Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder Advisers in 2009, Mr. Brooker served as Chief Investment Officer of Corsair from 2003 to 2008, where he was involved in the origination, analysis, execution, monitoring and disposal of the firm’s investments. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 1994, Mr. Brooker was a financial analyst at Lazard Freres, where he participated in a variety of transactions involving financial institutions in North America and Europe.

Mr. Brooker is a director of NewStar Financial, Insurance Revolution, and Barbara Oil Company. He holds a BA in History from Yale University and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School.
