SPARTA President and COO, Kevin Costello, presented to the audience at Avizent’s (formerly Frank Gates) Alternative Risk Annual Meeting in Dublin, Ohio on May 28, 2008. Several other insurance companies also presented. Themes discussed included impact of macro economic trends on captive formation, terms and conditions, and collateral accessibility.
