Debra F. Tomasino is Vice President of Human Resources at SPARTA, responsible for the development and implementation of all aspects of the human resources and administration functions for the company and is a member of the Compensation Committee.
Prior to joining SPARTA as a member of the initial management team responsible for launching the company, Ms. Tomasino was 2nd Vice President of Human Resources at Discover Re. Ms. Tomasino began her career and held positions of increasing responsibility within Human Resources and Administration at Aetna Life & Casualty. Subsequently, she was a NASD Registered Representative with Aetna Financial Services.
Ms. Tomasino studied Psychology at St. Joseph College, and she is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. Her interests include reading, education, and hot air ballooning.
