Enrico Ferrante is Senior Vice President of Business Operations for SPARTA, responsible for implementation, training, and management of interfaced customer and vendor systems.
Prior to joining SPARTA as a member of the initial management team responsible for launching the company, Mr. Ferrante was Vice President of Business Operations for AmTrust Group. He began his career in business processing and vendor support management for AIG and served in a similar capacity for Aetna Life and Casualty before subsequent work in vendor claim systems with The Innovation Group and as Vice President at Alea Alternative Risk where he conceived and developed the role of Business Operations.
Mr. Ferrante has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut. He has the professional designations of Project Management Professional, Associate in Risk Management, and Six Sigma. His interests include fly fishing, travel, and poker.
