Edward J. Goldthorpe
Managing Director, Goldman Sachs
Edward J. Goldthorpe is a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in the Americas Special Situations Group ("AmSSG"). He joined the firm in the Financial Institutions Group in the Investment Banking Division. Mr. Goldthorpe has since worked in the Principal Investment Area (PIA) in the firm's Merchant Bank and the Credit Proprietary Desk in the Fixed Income Division. He joined AmSSG in 2005, and is responsible for the Canadian Special Situations Group ("CSSG"), its Private Equity business and the Restructuring Principal Investing Group. Mr. Goldthorpe has a B. Comm from Queen's University and serves on the board of numerous organizations.
